Can I get my own flights?

Flight Policy

Flights are not included in the above price. Currently they are not available for November 2021. Once flight schedules are released you are able to book your own flights or bundle them with your existing package. Should you purchase your own flights, please be sure to submit your flight itinerary to the agency so that we can arrange your airport transfers.

Can I bring my child?

Insurance can be added at any time prior to final payment. However, in order to receive cancel for any reason protection and pre-existing conditions, you must book insurance at the time of deposit. Should you add insurance after your initial deposit then you are not fully protected from a last minute cancellation. Should you book and later decide to add insurance then any funds you have paid will be forfeited.

We highly recommend that you pay for insurance at the time of your initial booking. Insurance cost $65 per person. If you would like to add insurance, your deposit amount is $165 per person. All passengers sharing a room must have the same insurance coverage. If one roommate wants insurance then the other must add it as well.
​Please Note: Should you book and later decide to cancel, your payments are non-refundable, regardless of if you have insurance or not. Should you cancel and you have insurance your credit will be in the form of a future travel voucher. At no time will you receive any cash back unless you purchase your own policy.

Can I book my own  room separate from the group and still attend the wedding activities?

Individual Bookings

In order to attend all of the activities of the #OnCloudThomas ceremony, it is mandatory that all guest book with the group. The travel agency for this group is Stars N Skyes Travel®. You must book with this agency in order to attend. The couple has contractual obligations that must be met. When you book separately from the group it negatively effects the couple. Failure to comply will prevent you from attending the ceremony and the scheduled activities. We appreciate your cooperation.
